The Krome Audio 250x is an affordable compression driver with a lightweight, strong phenolic diaphragm designed for excellent midrange reproduction. We offer two different waveguides are offered to work with the KA250x allowing for different dispersion patterns. High temperature wire used for the voice coil is wound on a Kapton former to withstand high operating temperatures. The nearly indestructible phenolic diaphragm structure allows for easy, cost-effective replacement, in the unlikely event of failure.
